Pastor Maurice Chavez

Maurice Chavez is Senior Pastor of Phoenix World Outreach and a gifted communicator with over 20 years of experience teaching and preaching the Word of God without compromise. He imparts biblical principles with passionate, practical and often humorous presentations that touch the hearts of believers and offer hope to the unchurched.

As a young evangelist, Pastor Maurice began learning about God's miraculous provision for those who have generous hearts. During that time, he spoken in many public school assemblies and preached over most of the West Coast and Parts of the South Eastern United States.

In 2005, he became the Pastor of Phoenix Inner City Church (now Phoenix World Outreach).

Pastor Maurice along with his wife have made several guest appearances on television programs such as TBN where he and his wife, Rose, are frequent guests and guest hosts.

Pastor Maurice has been married to Rose for 20 years. They have three children: Jasmyn (19) and Jadyn (8) and recently added to the family Selena (16).

Pastor Rose Chavez

Pastor Rose Chavez is a profound speaker and communicator to men and women alike. She is often referred to as Momma Rose, because of way she handles people who come to her, with a mother like demeanor.

Raised in a traditional pentecostal home and often taught the word from her father, her methods are far from traditional or non-conventional. As a second generation preacher she is an effective communicator often using hillarious analogies and well thought out applications to drive her point home.

She is a sought after conference speaker and minister of the gospel.

As a mentor to women she is able to help women see their need for God while maintaining their sense of personal responsibility as mothers, wives and friends.

She has been an anointed psalmstress since the age of three when she could sing with her sisters. Today she has a powerful voice that reaches the hearts of those who listen. From her five foot frame is generated a strong voice that can literally shake rafters while piercing hearts.

She is co-pastor of Phoenix World Outreach along with her husband of 20 years. They are also the founders of ONE LOVE Marriage Night ( a once a month marriage tune-up workshop).

She is a mother to three girls, Jasmyn (19), Jadyn (8) and recently added Selena (15).
